Chemical - Industrial Treatment

The treatment of wastewaterwith high rate of pollution is carried out by chemical treatment systems. Whenchemical treatment units are being designed, convenient process and method areselected by taking the qualifications of the plant and chemical wastewater tobe treated into account. The chemical treatment unit can also be manufacturedas a package. So that, in case that the factory moves to another place, theycan be easily disassembled and replaced.

Chemical treatment units can be preferred inmany industries. Physical or biological package treatment units can be usedconsidering the required effluent quality in terms of chemical treatment. 

In the chemical treatment units, the oxygen canbe supplied to the equalization tank to reduce the wastewater high COD values.Coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation and neutralization phases aregenerally performed in chemical treatments. By carrying out a physicaltreatment before chemical treatment, the load in the wastewater can be reduced.Equipment such as a mechanical screen, drum screen, DAF unit can be used forthis operation. 

The process applied in chemical treatments isgenerally a process in which water-soluble contaminants that can not be removedby other methods are converted by chemical reactions into low solubilitycompounds or colloidal and suspended matters are sedimented by formingflocs. 

By using these methods as a combination inchemical treatment, the industrial wastewater treatment plant is designed andthe plant is delivered as immediate as possible. Chemical package wastewatertreatment plants, which are designed with different processes according to thetype of the existing industry and the characteristics of the wastewater, workwith high efficiency.

The wastewater flowing into the system inchemical treatment is treated by using processes such as; dephosphorization,filtration, activated carbon, disinfection, denitrification and degreasing. Theplant installation is carried out by using process equipments such as; mixing,flocculation, sedimentation, ph adjustment, filtration, carbon adsorption,coagulation and coagulants.

Operating the Chemical Treatment Plant
Operating the plant is a highly important factor in terms of the efficiency.The personnel who will carry out the chemical treatment process are providedwith appropriate training by our company. Sludge Dewatering
